-are physically active for sustained periods of time

- engage in competitive sports and activities

-lead healthy, active lives

As a result of these aims students will participate in regular fitness tests and competition weeks. These weeks also allow teaching staff to moderate performances to ensure grades and targets are accurate.

To support your child’s learning you can:

  • Ensure they have the correct PE kit each week
  • Encourage them to take an active part in all lessons, especially in activities they might find more challenging
  • Encourage them to participate in extra-curricular PE activities
